Was your favorite event called off? Then CanceledCon’s got you covered, from design tutorials to yoga classes. And you don’t even need a ticket to attend.

How excited we all were about our plans for spring. But then the pandemic struck, and governments worldwide started enforcing physical distancing. It didn’t take long and conferences either postponed their events or canceled them altogether.

Now, if you still need your dose of inspiring talks – and more – tune if for CanceledCon, an online-only creative conference that takes place on April 4 and 5.

The two-day event is a brainchild of brand identity designer Andrew Hochradel who fashioned an impressive line-up. Given Andrew’s expertise, many speakers will touch the subject of design. Andy J. Pizza will talk about the art of illustration, while Emily Poulin will take you on a journey through the amazing world of hand lettering.

But that’s not all. Although CanceledCon aims to bring together the community of creatives, the live stream will also include special guests, fun games, and β€œother assorted shenanigans,” including a yoga class.

The live stream runs from April 4 to 5, every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. PDT.

Alternatively, you can take up a free online course on artificial intelligence and even learn about the current COVID-19 pandemic from a group of experts from Johns Hopkins University.
